Thank you for the outstanding presentation that you provided for our annual Employee Recognition Dinner and Service Awards held during National Hospital Week.

I am impressed by how much time, research and effort you made to customize the program to current events and projects at UMass Memorial. Every comment made provided a connection with the many physicians, administrators and employees in attendance, as you understood the challenges we are facing and were able to make us laugh despite the stress that many of us experience on a daily basis. The messages of hope, intertwined with the creativity of your juggling, will stay in our memories for a long time to come.

At one point when our program got off track, your comedic presence saved the day and became an integral part of the program, as you were able to provide excellent entertainment at a time when technical difficulties arose.
