Thank you for being our guest speaker at our annual Kick-Off Meeting for our company. You are an integral part of what made the day successful. In looking back on what went right, I want to say that it was your diligent preparation that really made a difference. You took the time to speak with us about our business goals, and what messages we wanted to get across. You also customized your presentation to our needs. And you personalized it wonderfully, learning the names of key players in the organization and weaving them into your act seemlessly.

You gave an inspired presentation to us in the morning, and I especially appreciate the uplift in energy that it created. Our people got the metaphor and messages related to “juggling balls” and our work environment quite well. Your afternoon break-out sessions, with smaller groups of people, were both fun and instructional. Not that everyone walked out a juggler—far from it—but you made it clear that having some fun and creativity is a wonderful thing to have in our workplace.
